Charles Aubrey is currently an Executive Coach and Consultant at AubreyPartners. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He recently retired as Vice President, Quality & Performance Excellence at Fortune 500 company AmerisourceBergen Corporation which won the Baldrige Award in 2012. He held similar positions at four other Fortune 500 companies. Charles worked as Vice President Consulting for ten years with Dr. Juran at the Juran Institute. He helped draft the original Baldrige Criteria and served as a Senior Examiner for the Baldrige Program for four years. He studied Business Engineering at the Technical University of Berlin and at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He has initiated and conducted several national and international projects in the fields of Intelligent Manufacturing, Manufacturing Control, Innovation and Intellectual Capital as well as in Benchmarking and Business Process Reengineering and was responsible for their realisation. Beside projects all over Europe, Prof. Kohl managed large-scale projects in Brazil, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, UAE, Egypt, China, etc.

Suresh Lulla

Harnek is a Singapore Business Excellence Initiative Lead Assessor, a Baldrige trained & Global Performance Excellence Award Examiner, has led many Singapore Quality Award , Singapore Quality Class and BE Niche Awards (Service Excellence, Innovation Excellence, People Excellence ) and certifications assessments. He has also been involved as an International Assessor and in training National BE Assessors and BE Consultants in Singapore, Sri Lanka, Qatar, Fiji, Philippines, Iran, Pakistan and is a technical expert for Asia Productivity Organisation in Business Excellence. He is a member of Singapore Productivity Association’s management committee, and Chairs, the Judging Panel for the Singapore PS21 Public Sector Service Awards, Public Service (PS21) Service Excellence Awards Committee, and  is an Associate Academician, International Academy for Quality.

While as a management representative he facilitated ST Engineering Group’s attainment of the Singapore Quality Award in 2002, Singapore Innovation Excellence Award in 2003, IAPQA 2005, the inaugural Singapore Quality Award with Special Commendation in 2007, ASEAN Business Award (Innovation) Finalist 2009, and the APQO Global Performance Excellence Award (World Class) 2011. Dr. Luis Maria R. Calingo

Dr. Luis María R. Calingo is the ninth president of Holy Angel University​ and is a recipient of the 2015 Juran Medal from the Philippine Society for Quality.  In 2015, he returned to the Philippines after 35 years of higher education experience in the United States that culminated in his appointment as president of Woodbury University, which is the second American university presidency of Filipino descent.  He received his BSIE [1976] and MURP [1978, with honors] degrees from the University of the Philippines Diliman and his MBA [1981, with honors] and PhD [1984] degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.  He has served as Examiner for the US Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award since 1997 and has helped several Asian governments in developing their Baldrige-based national quality and business excellence award programs, including the Philippine Quality Award.  He served as a member of the Board of Judges for the Harry S. Hertz Leadership Award of the Baldrige Foundation and is a member of the National Referencing Committee for the Philippine Qualifications Framework.

In addition, he is honoured to be serving as a Director of the Global Benchmarking Network.

Since joining Winning Moves in 1999, Mark has played a number of central roles. Key has been the development and growth of Benchmark Index ® (BI) www.benchmarkindex.com. The service was adopted nationally in the UK, with the support of the UK Government, before being expanded internationally. To date, over 40 countries have adopted BI, with over 250,000 participating businesses from multiple sectors and supply chains gaining significant improvements in the areas of productivity, growth, innovation, and sustainability.

Sachin Avikash Deo

Deputy Director, National Training & Productivity Centre, Fiji National University

Mr. Sachin Deo is currently the Deputy Director for the National Training and Productivity Centre (NTPC) under the Fiji National University (FNU). Mr. Deo is heading the Division of Business and Information Technology. The National Training & Productivity Centre is one the core arms of the Fiji National University. Mr. Sachin Deo has been the Manager – IT for TPAF before its merger into the Fiji National University in the year 2010. After the merger, he held the position of Manager IT for the Department of Information Technology at NTPC and assumed the role of Deputy Director in 2012.

Mr Sachin Deo is also the head of Fiji Business Excellence Awards Secretariat. He is also a Senior Business Excellence Evaluator.

Mr. Sachin Deo is the Co- chair of FNU’s Planning and Management Review Committee. He shares the chairmanship with the Vice Chancellor. He is also the Chairman of NTPC’s Marketing and Information Committee.

Mr. Sachin Deo is also a Resource Person and an Expert for the Asian Productivity Organization. He spoke in various local and international technical workshops/seminars in Business Excellence, Productivity Enhancement, and NPO development.

In terms of his qualifications and experience, Sachin holds a Masters of Information Systems (Central Queensland University), Graduate Diploma in Information Systems Management (CQU) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computing Science and Information Systems from University of the South Pacific. Prior to joining SAS, Jay was the Head for Technology and Operations for Ayala Rewards Circle (ARC), the country’s first and only multi-industry appreciation program designed for Ayala group’s most valued clients. As part of being a core member of ARC’s management team, he is responsible for leading the organization’s strategy and support for Information Technology, Data Security and Management; Analytics, and Customer Experience Management for both traditional and digital channels.

Senator Paolo Benigno “Bam” Aquino IV

A world-renowned social entrepreneur turned senator, Senator Bam is a staunch advocate of empowering every Filipino family with education and entrepreneurship.

He is currently the deputy minority leader and Chairman of the Committee on Science and Technology of the 17th Congress of the Philippines.

In his first three years in the Senate, he passed 17 laws – many in support of small local businesses and youth empowerment.

As former Chairman of the Committee on Education for the last 8 months, he co-authored and sponsored the Affordable Higher Education for All Act, which has now been passed on third reading at the Senate.

Abraham Fenn is the President of New Zealand Organisation for Quality since 2015 and President Elect of Asia Pacific Quality Organisation.

Abraham has been associated with NZOQ in various capacities since last 9 years and was Chairman Northern Region and a member of Strategic Committee from 2008.

Abraham has had significant contribution in building NZOQ to its current status and is very well connected with Australian Organisation for Quality ( AOQ )  American Society for Quality ( ASQ) Shanghai  Association for Quality ( SAQ ) , Philippine Association for Quality ( PSQ ) and other  APQO council country organisations.

Abraham was instrumental in merging New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation (NZBEF) and New Zealand Organisation for Quality ( NZOQ ) in 2016 offering the nation a one stop shop in Quality, Baldrige Framework  and Business Excellence.

Mangalika de Silva is President, Sri Lanka Association for Quality (SLAQ), Vice President – External Affairs, Asia Pacific Quality Organization and Director, Quality Certification International (Pvt) Ltd where she is involved in as a Lead Auditor in management system certification (Quality, Environment, Food Safety, Health & Safety and Energy) and as a qualified Lead Tutor for IRCA approved Lead Auditor Courses. Previously Senior Deputy Director at Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) serving as a trainer, auditor, SLNQA examiner, involved in product certification, and standards formulation and Scientist at Tea Research Institute. She is also an Advisor for World Council for Total Quality and Educational Excellence.

Mangalika is a holder of BSc (Hon), MSc in Analytical Chemistry and MBA from the University of Colombo. She is also an Attorney-at-Law with LLB. She is a Chartered Chemist, Member of ASQ and a Fellow Member of SLAQ.

She was formerly Secretary of SLAQ instrumental for organizing 18th APQO Conference held in Colombo, Sri Lanka in 2012. She was also involved in organizing first International quality conference with APQO in 1999 in Sri Lanka and subsequent quality conferences which brought in many national quality initiatives in the country. She was the editor for news journal of the national standards institution and “Quality Today” and “Junior Quality Manager” of the SLAQ. These publications had significantly contributed to the quality awareness in the industry as well as among school children.

Launching of “Total Quality Education” (TQE) concept in schools in Sri Lanka in March 2014, with the approval of Ministry of Education is a great achievement under her leadership. Mangalika was actively involved in establishing the SLAQ and developing and introducing Diploma in Quality Management and certification for quality technicians.

Mangalika was a recipient of APQO’s MMG Medal for Professional Woman in Quality Leadership (2010), Quality Pioneer Award (2013) by World Council for Total Quality and Educational Excellence and APQO Women Award (2016) in recognition of her commitment for quality.

Engr. Cesar M. Dumayag

Engr. Dumayag is an Accredited Safety Consultant with over 25 years experience in Occupational Safety. His stint in the government, NGO and the private sector provided him with a wealth of experience and knowledge in government policies, programs as well as perspective on actual implementation of Safety Management Systems in the plant setting. Programs authored and implemented included the Gawad Kaligtasan at Kalusugan (GKK) Award, a government award for excellent companies and individuals in the field of safety and health. In the construction safety, he was part of the Multi-sectoral group that drafted and later recommended approval of DO 13, the Guidelines for Occupational Safety and Health in the Construction Safety.
